New Chinese Chef - Springfield

I used to work at this place and I won't eat Chinese anywhere else. The food is well-prepared and consistently amazing. I love their crab Rangoon. They have a sweet-ish flavor that is delicious.

I have always loved this place and got to go in and eat for the first time on Halloween. We came in a little after 7 and were told we could only sit on one side of the lobby because the girls wanted to clean and I could understand that but then they told us we needed to be quick to eat as well because they like to lock the lobby doors at 8pm. The only hot food I got was the soup on the hotline. My food I ordered came out with barely warm sauce and my mother in laws beef broccoli had almost raw broccoli in it. The last few times I've been here it seems like they just don't give their best all the time...you know when they are ready to go home... it is hit or miss for sure. This used to be my favorite Chinese on this side of town. Their crab rangoons were always good.

I can't stand when a business thinks it's okay to argue with a customer. The blonde girl in the register with commands has missed our order that should be to go. Starts to box it, then it lets sit on the counter to take a bunch of different orders, then goes back to box our order all the time without gloves. She can see her on something or needs medical attention especially when you eat with people. I hope no children get sick or hurt
