They had good customer service, I had a problem with my order, and the male man came and turned out everything. They were friendly and fast. You come to a fast food restaurant know that there will be problems if you want to complain to a 5star restaurant not a fast food chain there are problems with chicken, yes it chicken can be dry, but it does not mean that everything is bad. But in the end, my chicken was good and my potatoes were also good.

I just picked up a holiday party platter for my family, which included 16 pieces of chicken, using my $30.99 voucher. Although I had to wait for the fresh chicken to be prepared, the young man who assisted me provided excellent customer service. The chicken was partially original and partially grilled, and everything came with all the necessary sides. I had called just a few minutes before arriving, and this same guy was very friendly and helpful over the phone as well. I highly recommend this place, and I will definitely be coming back!

When my family and I ordered takeout, we received dry dishes and tough popcorn chicken. We called and talked to the manager, Jay, and returned the next day to find that he replaced our food without any hassle! He was really friendly. Thanks, Jay!

However, my next visit completely changed my opinion! This time, the checkout staff were friendly and served us with a smile. The restaurant looked much cleaner and brighter, and our food was ready in just a few minutes. The quality of the food was notably better, and I can honestly say that this experience was much more satisfying.
