Frisco Tap Room - Springfield

10/10 order the burnt ends Mac and cheese The burnt ends fall apart in your mouth. They are full of juicy flavor!!! The Mac and cheese was filling and delicious. The service was prompt and on top of refilling drinks! Which really says something considering it was a bit busy and we had a larger table. We also split the artichoke dip appetizer and I was pleased to see it come with chips celery carrots. It was creamy goodness.

We made our way over to Springfield Brewing Company last night for dinner and had a phenomenal experience. The space is wide open, inviting, and filled with plenty of seating. We were greeted kindly by the host and had a wonderful experience with our waitress. Kind, helpful, and welcoming. My husband and I each started with a flight. He got a flight of six beers and I got a flight of 3 G&T's. My favorite G&T was the one with earl grey syrup. My husband loved all three of the IPA's that he tried. I also got a rye Sazerac and it was very high quality. Boozy and full of flavor. The brewery also has a distillery attached, so we had to try the liquor! For the meal I got the French dip sandwich and it was phenomenal. I cherished each bite! The fries were also delicious: perfectly seasoned! My husband got the Buffalo chicken sandwich and he loved the fresh chicken. He thought the spice level was perfect: not too spicy, but not bland! He also got the sweet potato fries and said they were perfectly crispy and full of flavor. We loved our experience at Springfield Brewing Company (and attached distillery) and will definitely return if we are back in the area!

I don't Now why this place has such a low average rating. I think it's awesome. I'm a beer nerd and have been to plenty of brew pubs. The beers are solid and all the food was great. Large portions at a fair price and our server Katie is a rock star.

So glad we started our brewery hopping off here! Crab Rangoon dip and pretzels to start were a huge hit all around! Greene Ghost IPA was very good as well! My partner and I shared the brewhouse burger with sweet potato fries. It was so good the only thing is we thought is was coming with grilled onions not fried onion straws from a can. But over very good. Our server was fantastic! Keeping our water filled and beers coming!

Review start to finish... Cool building and atmosphere, but place was pretty unkept...needs some cleaning. Beer and cocktails were pretty good. Server was very sweet, but got our order completely wrong, but worked hard to correct it. Spinach dip came out cold, had to request to warm up. Salad orders were missing meat and other ingredients, had to request remake. Food, once corrected, was pretty good. Check had to be corrected because of having to correct orders.
