This charming old-fashioned store offers a nostalgic experience, transporting visitors back in time as they sit surrounded by an array of snacks, sweets, soap baskets, toys, hanging signs, and clothing. After exploring the store, guests can indulge in delicious meals reminiscent of the 20th century. The menu boasts a wide variety of breakfast options and other dishes suitable for both children and adults. The only regret they have is not bringing more cash, as there were too many tempting items they wished they could take home.

My partner and I visited this restaurant with another couple in the afternoon. We started with the Hash-Brown Tarts, and they were absolutely delicious—served hot and fresh. I ordered the sampler with blueberry pancakes, which were the highlight of my meal; they were fantastic! My partner and his friend got the southern fried chicken with Russian greens. The greens were amazing, with smoked turkey mixed in. The fried chicken was freshly made and well-seasoned. My friend chose the fried shrimp with hush puppies, and I must say, the shrimp was my favorite dish of the lunch. It was perfectly seasoned and cooked. Overall, we had a wonderful dining experience with great food and friendly staff. The manager even stopped by our table to check on us, and he was very nice.
