Chick-fil-a - Springfield

So impressed! So I went in there for a job interview. LOL I didn’t get the job, which is fine.  I am confident whoever they hired is wonderful! It was definitely different from other job interviews. We were invited to sit in a big table as though we were welcomed guests at home, not just some random job candidates. We were offered drinks, lemonade, and smoothies several times. I was amazed how we were treated with so much kindness and respect. I also got to chat with some of employees there and they told me how much they love their jobs there and how everyone is so friendly. Just from those couple of visits and observation, it was obvious that the owner (Brian) goes above and beyond to give customers the best foods and customer service experience. And it’s a safe and loving place for anyone to work and grow personally and professionally. We need more of such place in Springfield! I never really got what all the hypes about Chick-Fil-A was until I visited this location. So blessed and highly recommend this location to all my family and friends! I’ll be taking my hungry family (my big black bear son and big blonde bear hubby) there to eat! :D

I always have a fantastic experience at this restaurant! It's wonderful to see the owner working alongside their staff on the floor. Everyone is extremely friendly and polite, and they all seem to genuinely enjoy their jobs. It's very refreshing these days. I have never had a negative experience there.

I adore this Chick-fil-A! The interior is clean and modern. The staff is consistently friendly, and our food is always served promptly, even during busy times.
