Burger King - Springfield

Love the food. The live show needs some work. Just another couple eating for 20 minutes.

I was given half my order (I got the rest back from a former manager that also made it easier to want to re order later on in the future) but the person who gave me my order not only messed it up, when I went back to the restaurant to get it corrected, I got additude and slight disrespect while the manager back was turned

Asked for a carmel frappe got a mocha an the last time i ordered they did it half an half it was done by a manager she ?improvised?

Another visit and it's still pretty average. Great job on the Whopper and Impossible Burger. Average fries and shake, absolutely nasty onion rings. Very considerate people at the window realizing what strange times there are.

Looks like this is the only good BK left near me or up north from me. The employees that were working on 10/9/20 at 3pm gave me the best service I've had from BK in years. They deserve money, they will keep customers coming back.
