I have never ordered a birthday cake but the baker did not write the date of birth and when I received the cake and I asked to just write the date for me on the cake, they did not accept the date of birth.???? and the design birthday cake different. Terrible

Had to re-evaluate my review. Last couple of times there service was so so. Tonight it was down right horrible. After watching my friend get his ice cream and walk out I waited 5inutes before anyone even acknowledged my existence. Whoever trained these teenagers needs to teach them manners and customer service. It was very lacking. Not sure I can recommend going back anytime soon.

Friendly staff. very quickly order out and out. we recommend this location.

The kids that work there need better training on customer service. Very trashy behavior. Lacks 2 much discipline there
