The pretzels were warm and delicious. I was disappointed that I did not receive the dips, cheese sauce mustard, that I had ordered.

As a delivery driver for grubhub and doordash it is important to get the order out in time. I have picked up the orders from this place a few times and they always say “we only have the order” although I have been waiting for 20 minutes. they need to make a better job to confirm these orders in time. I will not pick up orders from them anymore!

Always a long line. They know it's gonna be busy that's when they begin to make pretzels ?

Customer service is terrible why are they closed and the mall is still open. Who ever was cleaning today was terrible rude . All I asked are you closed no response so I asked again . The rude young lady replied doesn’t it look like it ? The mall is open and it’s 5:00 why are you closing?

The whole rest area was practically empty, but I and the person in front of me had to wait a really long time. The man who waited on us offered no apology for the wait. The pretzel was not worth the wait.
