The Human Bean - Springfield

This restaurant used to be my go-to spot for coffee, but the recent price hikes have made it the most expensive coffee shop in town. Paying $7.75 for a basic granita with an extra shot is outrageous. Despite being a loyal customer for years, I have decided to start making my own coffee at home in order to save the hundreds of dollars I was spending here every month. I am disappointed with the increase in prices.

Wow! The coffee here is fantastic! I really enjoyed the straightforward menu, which made ordering a breeze. The staff were incredibly friendly and even gave a treat to my dog. We both had a great time. To top it off, my coffee came with an espresso bean on top.

The jalepeno sausage egg and cheese biscuit is the greatest fast food breakfast sandwich I've ever had period. I'm shocked that a glorified coffee kiosk can do this. Their entire menu is the best in the fast food business. The Human Bean is serious about their food. Oh, and the coffee? Always the best and served to you by the best of the best people. I can't stop thinking about my next jalepeno biscuit sandwich...crave.
