Salt 'N' Battered - Springfield

This is our favorite fish and chips spot! It's even better than the fish and chips we've had at the coast. My wife and I pride ourselves on being hot chip connoisseurs, and these are consistently the best ones we've found.

We have not found better fish and chips anywhere else! Since moving away, we have tried other local options, but nothing comes close to Salt n Battered. Their tartar sauce is the best, and their calamari and flake are amazing. We are always satisfied and never disappointed when we make the trip to get our fish and chips fix at Salt n Battered.

We have been dining at this restaurant for several years and the food is consistently delicious. We highly recommend trying their local fish and chips, which are prepared quickly and reasonably priced. This restaurant is a must-visit for anyone in the Camira/Springfield area, especially if you enjoy the fish of the day and chips.

I purchased the fishermans basket here the other day to eat with my partner. They were so generous with their servings we almost couldnt finish it, so that was really nice. Ive been here a few times now and the service has always been really sweet. Would definitely come back.

Just about gave up trying to find a decent fish and chip shop this side of town until we randomly found this little gem of a place tucked away in the back of Springfield. We ordered two grilled pieces of fish, chips, potato scallops, calamari and a pineapple fritter. The grilled fish was so tasty and moist, the calamari beautiful and tender, potato scallops yummy and crunchy, and the pineapple fritter delicious! I very rarely eat takeaway as I am pretty fussy, but I will definitely be making an exception and revisiting this place again. It deserves multiple thumbs up!
