The world of pizza in many ways mirrors that of the burger; once both were simple, everyday staples of most every American from child to adult. Now both have so many variations and incarnations it 's hard to compare apples to oranges. Jim 's is a throwback to the simple take-out style thou they do offer crust options. We had a deep-dish pepperoni and found it to be on the better side of what is now, you could say an 'entry ' level pie, i.e. no brick, wood fired oven crafted in Italy, no artichoke hearts. It compares well to Eureka and countless others, definitely better than the budget chains. <br/ <br/ There are a couple of tables if you wish to dine in. The staff was nice. <br/ <br/ One issue, we chose to stop here partly due to the fact they have a coffee shop sharing the space, kill two birds so to speak. However the 'coffee shop ' was just a machine on the pizza counter and it was 'closed '.
Not as good as Guido's but still good nonetheless. I usually have their pepperoni pizza.
I have always enjoyed everything about this place. The food is so delicious and the service is second to none. From the pizza to the sandwiches to the wings. Skip the boring corporate chains and get something made fresh!
For a smaller restaurant, the pizza was great! A good 2-slice lunch special during the week too if you just need a quick bite to go. Give them a try.
