Bidra med feedbackWe don't visit this location often as we live in Fayetteville, but it's convenient for after-school snacks while receiving educational instruction in Springdale. I want to give a shout out to the manager who helped us out due to a financial mix-up on corporate's end, as it wasn't announced that American Express would no longer be accepted at DQ. Despite the small hiccup, we were entertained by the ladies working and the TVs nearby. Thank you once again for making my kids' afternoon memorable before heading home to do chores, even though they offered to wash dishes for more food.
First time eating at a Dairy Queen, and it'll be the last. I didn't get a picture of the meal my fiance ordered. Not sure what sauce goes on this but wasn't enough to taste it. I would've asked for more but the cashier was already irritated with us for ordering chili cheese fries with onion and asking what comes on the fire burger. We got his fries and no onion and she said to us they are on the bottom. We looked, no onion, so she grabbed some in a small cup, dropped it on the table as she walked by, and said here ya go.
This is the worst Dairy Queen in Arkansas. I paid for extra toppings twice and still didn't receive any. It seems like they can't even blend the blizzard properly in the large cup. They have no pride in their customer service or the quality of their food. It's a waste of money - do not visit this place.
This Dairy Queen is the slowest one I have ever visited. I waited 5 minutes for someone to take my order at the register and then another 15 minutes for them to bring it. After waiting 20 minutes for a strawberry sundae, I left without getting my ice cream. I did not ask for my money back because I would probably be too old to spend it by the time it was refunded.
Everytime I eat their microwaved food, I get sick. But this is a good place for Blizzards, sundaes, and a refreshing drink.
