Bad service I've gotten the wrong order multiple times And they are commonly out of non dairy milks

You would think no drive thru would be a major drawback but it has become a local stop where you almost always meet a neighbor, teacher, old school friend, mail carrier or police officer from town. Sometimes you meet all of them in one visit!

WOW! I was excited for new Dunkin in the area but my god, where do I even begin. I’ll start with the management. Words I would use to describe: RUDE, DISAPPOINTING, DISRESPECTFUL. I genuinely wish I had something nice to say. The way I saw the staff being treated here was astonishing, especially in front of the customers! Also an employee overdosed and the other employees were instructed to clean up! I just feel there should have been a proper clean up not endangering the employees and customers! Very very disappointing.

Ordered a refresher and asked for a cup of water and they charged $1 for a cup of tap water. Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
