Bidra med feedbackThey had gone to lunch and were busy. a person waits and arrange three others before me. the personal was well trained and my sandwich was out in no time. great experience in this subway after considering, leave because of the line.
Children work there, no manager to manage them. I waited patiently on the line and as one of the coworkers came the one who already said there that the one who went to take my order, she said I was here and hour tired and the girl who just went took my order without problems. my point, the first girl had time to take my order, but did not want me to wait until the second girl joined. wash her hand and put on gloves when the first girl would have fixed my sandwich at that time.
Decent location i have recently been coming to. No major issues yet, my only complaint is that I just wish they where a little more prepared sometimes.
Despite this location being open at 9am, my family and I walk in after 9:10am and noticed that all the lights were off and the open sign was dim/off. We walk inside and there was one employee who refused to serve us. He was standing in the dark and gave such a terrible, uncanny excuse for not being able to serve us, that I can’t even remember what the excuse was.We never got served and had to drive much farther to a different Subway location. I got the impression that by him keeping the lights off, that he wanted people to think that the location was closed to discourage anyone from walking in because he did not want to work. Now the question is, how long has he been been doing that? You certainly have a problem at that location.
Why is it that they take forever to fill out one sub? Literally takes like 15-20mjn for them to take one sub order! This shouldn’t take this long! They need faster ppl making the subs.
