Bidra med feedbackThey torture it as Speakeasy, but it's not. Booking to OpenTable for 930. Immigrant and is a young crowd bar scene. Bar tables. No deck chairs or 50's vibe we expected. This is actually the same building where the old pizza place was.. I think it was The Joint before Covid. Bar channels came over and took our order very quickly. Drinks are wonderful. We asked if there were sofas and deckchairs on the upper floor, but they said there was no bar service on the upper floor and the loungers were only in the cigar bar above. Large group of young people went to about 1015. We ordered a brussel sprouts and cajun pork belly bites. Nice place, but for a younger crowd. As busy as they were, the employees stopped and were attentive.
Appetizers and drinks were solid and a bit elevated when considering how casual the environment is. It was a whole house at 18:00 on Thursday and it felt like there were many regular. The place was a bit smokey, my companion might think it was a steak night and the grill smoked a storm, but it wasn't so bad that I wanted to escape. Service was good and interlocutor considering that the place was full and there were only two waiters. I ordered two wines from a rather extensive list, but they had none of them, but they had other alternative options I liked. It is a beautiful casual relaxed place for a handcrafted cocktail, a glass of wine and some appetizers (and the dinner menu also looks really good) and we enjoyed sharing the bread pudding for dessert with an Irish coffee.
Dinner was overall good! Went for Thursday steak night!
First time visitor but I will definitely be back. Great drinks and food. But the atmosphere and very friendly staff won me over.
Our server Holly was extremely attentive and friendly. The food we had was plentiful and delicious. We’ll definitely be back.
