Chick-fil-a - Spring

I give him 4 stars above all because I don't really knock the restaurant myself for everything. my wife and I are simply not big chick-fil-A fans. it's been a couple of years since we had them and decided to go there because my grandson is super picky and will eat only chicken bugs when someone takes off the brot, so we thought we would go there for the naked nuggets. After everything was said and done, he liked nothing other than the drink, and also not the puzzle with which it came (can not blame him that it was really just a buck of vertically shrunk lines from what I could say). my wife got the spicy chicken sandwich and said it was nothing I should write about home. I have the Cobb salad with grilled nuggets. it was a descending salad, well made, all the items were fresh, and the avocado limette ranch was good. I have not discovered any crispy red paprika or charred tomats in it, as their website says, and I would have left the mais personally, but it was not ashamed. the grilled chicken wasn't gone for it, and would probably have been better with baked chicken strips or the like. I'd rather just make a few ham or turkey bites rather than the huh. They took with, but they were packed whatever seems to be the case. as I said, I'm just not a big fan, so they take into account that when I read my review, how it is packed out, how are they always, my taste is on the inferior side?. on a last note, I think it should be said that, as it was with any tusche that I was, the service and cleanliness were top kernel. I really think this is where they shine. if the burger king could get a girl in the job, mcdonald would have something to fear (yes, that and the frits). in serious, though, even with the lowered standards, which seems to be common practice throughout the board (seriously, service sucks everywhere), Chick-fil-A still seems to know how they hire and inspire their employees because they do it across the board.

2nd Horrible experience in 3 visits in last 2 weeks. Staff seems “friendly” but seem like they don’t care about the quality of the order or the customer experience. Truly disappointed.COLD “hot grilled filet” chicken, missing condiments, Make sure you check your bags, they are always missing condiments that go with certain things. Or they give you the wrong condiments.I Will travel to the TOMBALL location instead or go to a different place for my chicken salads. Truly saddened with this location.

What has happened to Chick-fil-A?! They used to have fast friendly service. Now my most recent experience was several people just standing around chit chatting and a lot of people waiting for food. I hope Chick-fil-A isn't broken. I will try them again.

I never thought I'd leave a 1 star for Chik-fil-a- my all time favorite fast food restaurant, very much known for their excellent service! I had placed an order over the phone because I couldn't online (I could only choose delivery but not pick up a party package). I had a birthday party nearby at a venue and wanted to provide breakfast. I got the mini breakfast biscuits but when we arrived no order was found under my name or number. Then they said they found it after I gave them the name of the person and the order etc. However they said because it's 10 minutes passed breakfast time they can no longer make my order. IF ANY ONE PLACES A HUGE ORDER SEVERAL DAYS IN ADVANCE IT SHOULD BE MADE AND READY TO GO NO MATTER WHAT TIME THE CUSTOMER COMES TO PICK IT UP. Especially just 10-15 minutes after the end of breakfast time. They should be more accommodating. I thought that was ridiculous! I was so upset, I didn't even place a new order I just left. I will never place an over the phone order with them ever again. I was so disappointed in chikfila. Caused me to be late to my party and not have any food for guests. I will never come back to this location!

Horribly managed. The GM and AGM are awful to the cashiers, who all work extremely hard. I have a 10 years experience managing multiple locations for different national chains and can tell you this is the worst style of management that exists. Unfortunately it also gets results, and that’s all that matters, so they will continue at this location. Don’t apply to work here.
