Big City Wings - Spring

Thank michael berry for the suggestion big city wings. my family and I were not disappointed. friede pickel keile were great. hickory burger was very good. my wife and I share honey zitrus bbq basket wing. only the right amount of heat for us, we will definitely come back.

So first, when my wife and I walked into no one, we were there to welcome us. finally came 3 girls from behind, didn't even see in the direction door until I said hello. they brought us to our two, where I had to ask them to clean the table. now they think of the time that there were only 3 other customers in the restaurant at the time when we looked around, there were several other tables that were dirty together with the floor. our server chip has made an excellent job, our eating was in order. but overall the first impression in which you went was not good. I'd need a lot of work before I get back. I was at other big city wings and the service was much better.

The staff is friendly and hard working. fought between 3 and 4 stars. the problem I have is not unique to them, but still a pet. tired more for less charging. back the day came wings with celery and carrot sticks with ranch or blue cheese dressing. now it's a la cart. nickle and dime them for everything?. they have beautiful quality wings so that is a big plus and they cook them right! they have weakened them lately, but their wings seem definitiw bw3 and wingstop from a looong shot! they can still get my these days!

If your looking for a wing place to try...keep on moving!!! I LOVE WINGS and this place misses the mark. Wings were super dry and almost seemed old. Gold rush sauce was HORRIBLE!!! Says it moving uo the spicy chart but all it was was bbq and honey mustard mixed. If I wanted sweet they would have done the trick. It was also very apparent that my family 5 was to come 2nd to the establishments party that was outside. People coming in 15 and 20 mins after us getting their drinks and then food orders before we could even order. Waiter had to keep coming back to ask us questions about our order bc he was more focused on his party outside. Even in the middle of ordering he stopped, went to the front to get two people of his own likeness and walk them outside. Took about 5 mins because he took their drink order and then went and made them. Only after all that he came back to finish taking the order that he had started 5 mins PRIOR!! Will NOT BE GOING BACK EVER. FOOD IS SUBPAIR FOR PRICE, SERVICE IS LACKING. MANAGEMENT seemed ok but if that's the service they allow I'm sure other areas are lacking to...like a clean kitchen maybe?

Tried this place a few days ago and it did not disappoint! Walked in and got a table right away, asked for advice on what to order and our waiter helped us. He was super kind too! Got the food extremely fast and it was DELICIOUS! Will definitely be coming back. ???
