Trattoria Margherita - SPOLETO

If you are around and wonder where to eat: you can stop your search and just go to Trattoria Margherita. Not only is the seating cozy and nicely decorated, food (pasta, pizza, desert) and wine is fantastic and incredibly affordable. This is the small and authentic place around you were looking for. On a wednesday night we got a table without reservation. We managed communication with our host with our bad italian just fine and the youngest member of the family presented the desert options in a very good english! Overall we left very happy and satisfied and with a huge recommendation. Best value for a dinner we had on our whole trip in italy this year.

Located in a small town off of a major highway, its very quiet, relaxing, and a pleasing place to dine. The cuisine is delicious and are all made from old recipes and ingredients thay are locally obtained therefore adding a special twist in each dish. The prices will not break the bank so enjoy with ease.

Had one of the greatest lunches of my life here. The waitress lady made a great effort to explain what is possible to eat vegetarian from the mostly meat menu. The buffalo ricotta and is extraordinary. There was a beautiful ravioli and the pecorino cheese is to die for. The fabric table cloths gives it classy feel, you are not rushed and even though I broke a plate, it was just waved off. I hope to visit again. Thank you!

Anche se tardi ma ho assolutamente voluto rivedere questo ristorante perché merita davvero sia per l'ottimo servizio del personale e vivere buona cucina con prodotti freschi e sentirsi cucinati con piatti tradizionali, complimenti davvero e scusarmi con il ritardo ma consiglio vivamente allora fammi sapere
