Bidra med feedbackThis is one of my top picks for dining out. The chips and salsa are incredibly delicious. The unlimited soup and salad for only 9 or 10 dollars is a great deal! The service is typically excellent and the prices are very reasonable for the quality of food you receive. Make sure to sign up for the mobile club to receive a complimentary non-alcoholic drink or chips and salsa!
During our stay at the Davenport hotel, we opted to order takeout from Chili's. The location seemed a bit sketchy at night, though it could have just been an isolated incident. My daughter and I split the Cajun Chicken Pasta and the Dip Trio appetizer, which included guacamole, salsa, and queso. My mother had the Individual Chicken Fajitas with guacamole. We couldn't quite finish the Dip Trio, but we gave it our best shot. Overall, the food was tasty and the total bill came out to $28.93 after tax (not including tip). We were a bit confused by the .08 Materials Fee that was added to our bill.
I had a good overall experience at this restaurant. The server was friendly and the food was amazing, especially after the Bloomsday 12k race left us very hungry. However, the wait time was quite long, even though the restaurant wasn't very busy. I'm guessing they were understaffed. That's the only reason I can't give it a perfect 5 stars. The food was tasty and the drinks were refreshing. I highly recommend the shrimp tacos for lunch!
I loved chili's in north spokane but haven't been since they closed that location. I went to the downtown location and I'm assuming they are understaffed. We walked in to multiple dirty tables and waited about 5 mins before being greeted/seated, nobig deal. But then we experienced horrible service as well. Our waitress never checked back in after we got our order, ourdrinks were never refilled, and I actually ended up grabbing my own to go boxes because i was tired of waiting. I saw a coupleother servers but ours jusr seemed to disappear. My corn on the cob seemed shriveled from microwaving, the tortillas for thefajitas were rock hard after 5 mins microwaved as well I presume). The chicken strips were tough horrible meat. My sonsgrilled cheese wasn't even crispy/ toasted, it was melted butter on bread basically so he didn't eat it. He also noticedanother kid got one properly cooked and wondered why his was messed up. Just an overall bad experience and like I said I haveloved chili's for years but I won't be back to this location.
Before a concert in Spokane we went to Chili?s for dinner which was very good. The service was great but the restaurant area needed swept and the bathroom needed attended to.
