Week nights are always the best to go. The staff is friendly there are no lines for games or really loud kids like the weekends. Great to go hang out with your kids if you don't like a lot of noise.

It’s tons of fun for kids, price was not to bad for food and games. Wheelchair it might be a little harder but doable as they could pull up to almost all games.

Pizza is pretty much trash, but the all-you-can eat salad bar is an option. No one comes here for the food quality anyways though. They've removed the tubes and play area to make more room for video games. It's a loud, noisey arcade that takes 100 dollars and turns it into 5 dollars of tickets. Kids had a blast, but it's not what i remember Chucky Cheese to be.

While everyone was friendly enough, the customer service is lacking in other areas. We had to wait often, while other employees stood around. They never seemed to know what was going on. Also be prepared for it to be hotter than hades. We’ve been to this location twice with the same experience both times. However the location is very clean and food has been great.

Pricey but fun for the kids. Lots of fun games. Used to have a good appetizer sampler with many dogs and fries and bread.
