Buffalo Wild Wings - Spokane Valley

Normally this location is decent. But today I asked my waitress to give me a min and she had me sitting a while in a mostly empty restaurant. Then the establishment wouldn't even take my redeemed points. What's the point of offering it to people if you won't actually use them. I walked out. Spent my ? at Outback instead.

The girl at the to go counter on Sat. Feb. 24th at 9:21PM, was super rude. Could not be more disinterested in her job. And was super jaded when asked about how long it would take for an order that was supposed to be ready.

It seems everywhere has lost its ability to make SAUCY wings! I sent my husband here for Buffalo sauced wings and they were dry.. no sauce on them.. wings are supposed to be SAUCY Messy! I am so disappointed. Now he’s having to go buy sauce from the store to add to the wings he brought home from here! The first time I ate here.. my wings were saucy, messy and good... this was 4-5 years ago… now they are just breaded with no sauce on them.. what the heck!?

The waitress seemed very uninterested. Wanted to chat more with coworkers rather than attend to customers.

Brightest Buffalo Wild Wings I have ever been in. Staff over served many guests.
