Bidra med feedbackI like to go to the mountains and there you often get in huts. This is part of my experience of a certain tolerance to the quality of the food, that is to say, in the kitchen training of the hut staff. four stars of me for yesterday's eating. it was all superb homemade, as it can start a meal as long as the alternatiw offered variants was super-fitted. also the prices are fair and the children also tasted well. the fifth star is not available for eating, but for the unique location at the top of the stuhleck (also accessible by car in the summer) with a view over everything, 360 degrees staun! :) tipp for the walk: not let the wind scare off that is quite rough at the top! easy 200m downhill zb in direction friedrichhütte walk and the wind is away. nice to sunbathe at the moosboden!
I was supposed to work for this mountain hut for a month. After one day they kicked me out after pushing, grabbing me and screaming at me. This was because I was not fast enough for them, even tough I was only years old...at the time, working outside my own country for the first time and had no prior experience with this kind of work. They said it was okay for me to not have much experience but they ended up abusing me because of it. The most terrible place I have ever been and left me a bit emotional scared. DO NOT GO! THE OWNERS DO NOT DESERVE YOUR MONEY SPEND IT SOME PLACE ELSE
Unfortunately the day we visited Stuhleck the snow was very icy and the winds were extraordinary! We were skiing with locals who mentioned that a great way to warm up was at the top of the mountain. It was very difficult to walk across the...terrain in ski boots in high winds but we were glad we had. We had great soup and the staff were friendly.
So I, we, very disappointed about such an unfriendly hut-keeper in 1700 meters. At the time the toll was a murical here when the bill was handed over. after the walk to the rosseggerhaus (where everything was super - eating, service and drinks) and back we were wet through the rain to the skin, the hut empty and I sat on the first empty chair. what I had to hear... please don't sit in the original! when another hiking group came into the hut and asked for a dry room to hang up the wet clothes, a simple no is a wood camp. in a ton of his same search. so never again Günther-Haus.
