Burger King - Spennymoor

Very clean Florida style drive through. plant-based burgers freshly cooked, good ingredients, helpful staff. I ate in, kovid safe... clean and comfortable environment.

Fast service, but dirty tables. Had to wipe it our selves, wasn't even that busy. Not alot of parking provided. We had to park on the aide road as we had a trailer, but even if we hadn't there wasn't sufficient space even though it wasn't busy

Absolutely disgusting the chicken royal looked like it been cooked 10x very hard won’t be going to this burger kings ever again there a reason it’s alway quiet and McDonald’s is busy! Won’t be making that mistake again!

Only able to order through touch screen self service which doesn't accept vouchers off the app so you end up paying more for your food. Scans the voucher then says it can't be used, then disappears off the app. No staff around to ask for help. Walked out and went to McDonald's

The staff were very unprofessional. They rang our order through as cash then a female member of staff came out shouting loudly to stop and go around again- embarrassing. We went around to the drive through again and witnessed staff shouting and verbal abuse to eachother infront of myself, my wife and young children! Absolutely shocking and disgusting behaviour. We asked for vegetarian meals and they gave us chicken pate type of sandwiches! We disguarded the whole meal- chips were luke warm, incorrect burgers, soft drinks were foul! We approached the manager about the burgers and he almost bit our heads off! I assume he was stressed about his staff, but no need to take it out on the customers!
