Not understanding the correct way to go about disciplining the whole crew as one not having favoritism.

I have been calling and trying to find a way to contact someone because it has been about 3 months now I have been waiting on a check and I got my w2 and not the check

I work at one of the McDonald's they own and they have a good business going. One of my only problems with them is that they don't do direct deposit but I can live with getting physical check

This the worst McDonald's in the corporation name! Customer service is absolutely horrible 24/7...especially the drive thru. Something is wrong with my order EVERYTIME! Tonight at 10:39pm I was told I could not have a milk shake because the machine was down....this happens more often than not! I am truly disappointed with this location customer service!!! If u read the reviews about this McDonald's in this location an are from out of town then u would not spend your hard earned money here...! Knowing how the service is here I will no long be making purchases from this McDonald's or be recommending it to anyone...! Thee amount of money LOST due to HIGHLY poor customer SERVICES has to be SUBSTANCEL...! I sure hope this is addressed due to this being the ONLY fadt food chain in Southbridge.

I love fried chicken but never have the time nor patience to make it at home.
