The only reason that I dont give 5 points , it's the service, the waitress wasn't very good , we had to place our order like 3 times to get her to understand, we speak Italian so it wasn't the language. Try the papasticcioto with dulce de leche, it's delicious
Le Mille Voglie has a great range of pastries and a full range of liquid refreshments with seating inside and outside. It is a smart casual place with friendly staff and nice clean toilets. It's not as good for people watching as Martinucci, which is in the main street.
We would drive 40 minutes almost everyday to have desert here. No need to say much more. The chef is renowned for many awards for his panettone (Christmas Italian cakes) but all pastries are great. Several local pastries and the famous pasticciotto Lechese. A must go if you are in Puglia.
