Texas Roadhouse - Spartanburg

Very poor management! My steak was cooked well done when medium was requested. The first female manager denied my concern yet had another cooked. When 20 minutes passed and no steak, Daniel stepped in. Again, another poor example of management skills. I felt sorry for the waitress who was working hard and doing everything right.

Always a great experience at Texas Roadhouse. Food is consistently good. Friendly fast service. I called this restaurant at 9:06pm. They claim to be open until 9:30pm, but the young lady who answered the phone, while gigling I might add, told me that they stop taking orders at 9:05pm. I asked her to please take my order because I was staying in a hotel merely 2 miles away. She said that her system shuts down at 9:05 and doesn't allow her to input orders, but I could drive there and order. I hung up and called Longhorn Steakhouse, who gladly took my order. I suggest that the management team at this location explains to their staff that customers are not stupid so don't insult our intelligence first of all and secondly, closing at 9:30pm doesn't mean that the staff gets in their car at 9:30pm. If you say your open to 9:30pm, then be open to 9:30pm. Should have called Longhorn in the first place.

We had early dinner here...this is my first time eating at a Steakhouse, the food was plentiful, chicken, steak, blooming onion, loaded potatoes it was all delicious, service was amazing while we were eating but then before leaving I ordered a bacon cheeseburger and steak fries and never in my life did I think I would be waiting 30 minutes on a burger or I would have ordered it when we arrived lol that was just crazy and that's why I didn't give them 5 stars

Amazing food! Our waitress was amazing as well. I didn't get her name as it was quite loud but she was really great!
