Bidra med feedbackI asked for fresh hashbrowns who drowned the hashbrowns. I had so much fat in the bottom of my bag my wrappers was fat.
I think they have my hash browns from the freezer, they were ice cold, I drive a truck for a life and the managers focused more on offering me a job than to make sure my food is right
It was very terrible customer service! The lady cut me off in Drive-Thru when I ordered when I came to the window to finish the order, she told me that you are not able to add to your order, but nevertheless did not let me finish ordering at the speaker! Pretty much, Bye told me and refused to take the rest of my order! I'll never eat of these McDonalds again!
Have our food waited for a little to just take up and wait for two smoothes and coke in which I ended to go inside because, how long it took to make drinks and that off when they finally brought it out they haven't the coke yet! Good food though
Worst customer service I've experienced in quite a while. They acted as if it was a total inconvenience just to do their job, which they did incorrectly. I was polite when they shorted me a drink. They read my order back to me twice at the first window and it was correct, so I was surprised when they wanted to charge me for an extra drink that I had already ordered and paid for at the first window. They also didn't give me my receipt. If I was the store manager, unfortunately I would be cleaning house!
