Bad customer service. The drive thru order was never taken at once. My experience in the drive thru you ask your order then stop talking to someone in the store Come back to you Take half the order back To wait Then come back take your order last give false items (original chicken for grilled, no buffalo sauce in wings). Please improve customer service at any time.

Ordered 4 items on the menu, 2 piece combo, chicken sandwich combo, 6 piece wing and 2 apple pies. They completely forgot to give us our 2 piece wings. Had to drive back to get that. Totally forgot about the apple pies, said screw it not worth a 3rd trip back. Got home and opened up the wings...wings were drowning in grease like dripping with grease. The sandwich was dry af. And the 2 piece they forgot to give us first round was barely a 2 piece. First it?s not even the 2 piece it?s supposed to be. Instead of drum and thigh it was a butchered piece of wing? I couldn?t tell and a super dry yet greasy breast...quality has dropped significantly at this location.

Its dirty, the workers are rude af. We came way before closing and they acted like we were awful.

Waited in the drive through for 30 mins, order was incorrect, and received some complimentary hair in the potatoes. Yum....

This is the worst fast food experience I have ever had. 25 min wait, drive thru closed, place was an absolute mess, food quality was very poor. Terrible customer service to top it off.
