Bidra med feedbackThrough the drive thru, bought a 8 piece family meal. the box is pretty tidy! the tee was great! the food was tasty, but unfortunately it was hard, the pommes were not fresh, which had to sit out in any case. the hunch was extra crisp. the mac n cheese was great! the drive thru had no cars, so it was pretty fast service. the staff was very efficient, friendly.
My order was delayed due to tenders not ready. I was told I would have to wait 2 more min , which turned into 10 min . I went inside and a off duty employee was showing off his dog. Everybody petting it. And my order was on the counter getting cold . When I stepped in they remembered I was outside waiting. I got a new hot order and left.
Biscuits were not fixed like I ordered them and I had to drive back to the store. When I get back to store they made it right. My thing is that I had to drive back to the store to get the same food again fixed right. I just can't believe it's that hard to cut a biscuit open and put steak, egg, and cheese on it. Must have been, I had to go back to get it done again. Thanks Bojangles for the extra gas going out of my car. Next time I just cook them myself that way if the're messed up it's on me and I didn't have to make two trips to do it.
Very Unprofessional and slow line movement. I was given this baby sized wing and met with attitude when I requested another. I would love to see improvement in the manners of the staff and quality of service.
Ordered and was charged for 2 sausage and EGG biscuits, but was given sausage biscuits with no egg. The drive thru line was short but was very slow, so it wasn’t feasible to go back and wait in line to try to get this fixed. Instead of the 5 employees standing around the drive thru window gossiping, they should work to make orders correctly.
