All the bad reviews for this store is pretty much bull.... I came here everyday for a week (different times as well) and EVERY single time, they were fast, they were friendly, and made my drink the best compared to other stores. If I ever didn’t like my drink, they remade it. It was NEVER crowded. They were extremely clean.To the people complaining about the price, yes it’s a VERY large chain and the price is crazy, but the store can’t change the price. Take it up with corporate..

Music ALWAYS too loud. Speakers actually blown out with an extreme distortion caused by too much bass because the store speakers have been pushed way past their capacity. The employees play the music to be heard behind the counter over the sound of refrigerators, grinders, and espresso machines. The speakers are on the other side of the lobby from them, so they don't think one bit about the customer's experience having to all but to all but yell to hear and be heard by the person sitting 2 feet away.
