Kfc - Sparks

The last few times I have come in for lunch have been excellent. The hispanic guy taking orders at the drive-thru is very polite and professional. My order is always correct, on time, and the quality is exceptional. I definitely recommend and will continue to come here. Thanks for the awesome service.

Incometent fat hispanic guy took my order and asking if I wanted crispy or original, I asked for crispy and paid for eating. he's going back and doing my order. take the bag and hurry back to find only my chickens was original not crispy, and would give me the smallest piece he could find. he did it in the ground instead of leaving the dame that should make my command and spoke with it in Spanish. therefore I hate to go to a place that has incompetent hispanic workers in this city. they like to lie to people. drawn from cali and have many hispanic friends, but this city has alot the prejudice hispanic. place was not busy with any customer. recommend!

There's been several times they need to pay a little more attention to the order that won't get enough knives or spoon and sometimes a couple of things are changed in the order and they don't come out right but this last time was goodFood: 4/5

One lane drive-thru with a barrier is unsafe first of all and inconvenient when no one is at the intercom for minutes and a car is at the window and doesn't move for minutes.

Very poor customer service I had to wait in A-line of probably probably 6 cars Waiting in line not an issue or a problemBut then then wait out front for my order to be ready II would have gone inside but dining room was closed due to short staff while waiting the waiting a car pulls up they knock on the door they get let in to the restaurant Order their food leave leave dork it's locked behind them all while I'm still waiting WTFNot cool at all
