Bidra med feedbackI ordered a to go order back in January for my birthday dinner, of a pound of boneless wings for $30, was told it would be 30 minutes. Get there 5 minutes early, had to wait an additional 10 minutes. When I get home with the order, this IS NOT a full pound of boneless wings, and cold to boot. Contacted the main office customer service, still waiting for a response. Horrible place. I DO NOT recommend.
Stopped by for an early dinner and found that they have a daily Happy Hour until 6 pm. So we ordered off the Happy Hour menu. The chicken tacos that hubby got were tasty and filling. Two large tacos with shredded chicken. My sour dough burger wasn't as good. The onions were grilled, but not caramelized, the swiss cheese was so thin I couldn't even taste it and the meat was not good quality in my opinion. Just wasn't a very good example of a patty melt. The fries were good and the ranch dressing they serve is very tasty. They have a decent beer selection. The seating is almost all high top tables, not the most comfy, but service was fast, so you don't really stay long.
Drink well (from a ****, so I hope it), service good and friendly, but my God, what terrible wings. I spent all the rest of the day regretting both the money and the calories. Freezer burn flavor, consistency of cardboard, ate as they leave overnight and ride in day oil. Hands down some of the worst wings I've ever eaten. To be honest, I just picked her up because I paid so much for her. No one at our table finished her and all the way home we talked about how bad they were. Zero respect for a paying customer in this respect and as a result I would never return. Too bad because the rest of the experience was good and it is unfair to judge it in its entirety from an element, but come on that was a embarrassment that people do not leave their house to eat clearly old, frozen, cardboard-battered wings. If I wasn't with other people and didn't want to, I would have asked for my money. Made BWW it seemed. UPDATE: Immediately after the first review, I was personally contacted by the chain's CEO, who seemed very sincere, and I was rather amazed that the CEO himself would take the time and show this level of sincerity. Then he promised to send me vouchers for another experience to give them another shot. I agreed. That was over a month ago and in the end he sent and did nothing. Come on. Actions speak louder than words. Now you know how important it is to them.
I was helped by the bartender. Although I could not read her name tag she was so nice. I had just got off a long shift at work. She got me a glass if water while I was waiting on my food. Food was good I got the chicken sliders.
If you want a cold beer go to Bully's at Eagle Canyon and Pyramid! This is our neighborhood spot. We love the food the atmosphere, and the staff is wonderful. This is a family place and is open 24/7.
