Noble Cafe - Sparkill

Top notch cafe with extremely professional proprietor and staff members. My brother and I order the hot ginger chai and quite frankly there isn’t another place that can make a Michelin grade chai like this. So happy they are in the area.

I've driven past this place so many times, and just today I finally thought to go in. I cannot believe I never went in, I had one of the best iced lattes I've ever had here and a fresh spinach pie. Absolutely my new to go.

Service was amazing! Coffee was delish especially the hazelnut cinnamon latte. Had a great conversation with the barista named Tami. Will be returning!!

Cute local cafe, their tea was absolutely delicious and refreshing. The avocado salmon toast was the perfect. A great brunch place close by.

The Noble cafe offers a wonderful variety of high quality coffee and tea that you will not find anywhere else. I have been coming here every day ever since I discovered this place. I enjoy the atmosphere, very friendly staff, and most importantly, the coffee and lattes! The food and pasties are delicious as well. I highly recommend this cafe to anyone.
