Freddy's Frozen Custard Steakburgers

The food is great. I’ve never had to go back for condiments, food, or napkins. They always have my order right.

Went in around 8-9pm to order my food, the kitchen was playing rap so loud that the person at the register couldn’t hear what I was ordering then waited 15-20 minutes for it to be completely wrong. The restaurant smelled like the floors feel on your shoes…. Horrible food and horrible service.

The restaurant on the inside reminds me of a 50’s style diner! The food tastes great, and the milkshakes are incredible. The staff is not friendly whatsoever and you have to come inside to pick up online orders. Which makes no sense. Why can’t they just bring it to the window for convenience like every other restaurant? As silly as that is. It’s worth it. Bomb food. Bomb shakes.
