Bidra med feedbackThis is the second time I've ordered for Roma in the past year it's been 6 months only because the last time it was so bad and I figured I'd give it another chance. I don't know if it's the person taking the phone orders or the kitchen but they shouldn't even work at a McDonald's nothing was right with either of my orders It's a shame they've been in business for so long and they used to be the best restaurant around I don't know what happened
Absolutely worst experience at a restaurant, avoid at all costs. I 've been a patron for over 20 years but haven 't been since pre-pandemic. I don 't know what happened or why, but I can tell you they have stopped caring about their customers ' experience. Went on Sunday at 1:00, party of 5....short staffed place was completely empty when we arrived. Hostess Jenna was the only good thing going for the place, she was sweet helpful and apologetic, as well as our waitress. But the actual waitress was absent, short, rude, and argumentative. Everything from where we were seated, the wait, mistakes in our order, it all happened. Appetizers and salads came out at the same time, 10 minutes later we just started eating salads and they crowded our table with our entrées which were already going cold. I asked for Parmesan for my spaghetti meatballs and was given the worst smelling Romano that everyone knows it 's a cheap knock off and I just couldn 't stomach it. I politely asked if they could cook me more spaghetti and sauce to take home I would keep my meatballs. The experience was already horrible up to that point and my entree was ruined but considering we were all dressed up with a Bible student trying to set a good example we were being as polite as we could. The waitress came out and was very argumentative finally agreeing to give me a side order of pasta instead of my full portion back. With so many other dining establishments to choose from avoid this place at all costs. I will never return!

We don 't have potatoes on Tuesdays!! With beef??? Really??? Big Y is right down the road......just sayin '......WTF?? I deeply want to support local businesses, but this was borderline inedible! We want to love you, Roma and understand the current labor market, but ...do not spend your hard-earned money here : .
Personally, I have never had a bad experience here. Been going for 25+ years. The pizza is always fresh and delicious and the fried mozzarella is the best around. Good grinders and dinners as well.
