Dunkin' - Southwest Ranches

Ordered late DoorDash bagel with cream cheese, showed up fast, but the bagel was burnt......I don't understand why this was not remedied before packaging up for delivery.

Again, tried to patronize DD location……but again, employees cursing and talking amongst each other, a half eaten meatball sub on the counter, and yelling 3 times to get someone attention and nothing. Whoever owns this DD must not train their employees correctly. Avoid this place if you want friendly service.

This place is always closed at random times, apparently today Friday they decided to close at 1pm. It’s always a guess if they’ll be open or not .

Ok. Employees were friendly professional, but very slow.

The worst people work at this store. they would not give me the dounuts I was looking at and asking for to be parts of the 12 I bought. i will never go into this place again. worsted ever.
