The Sanibel Sprout Gluten Free Vegan Oasis

As a family of 4 with 2 small Veg-Kiddos, we absolutely LOVED this place. We visited it three times during our week stay and cannot talk about it very much. All employees who worked during our time were incredibly friendly~ offered some free vegan brownies to rehearse us to baths for the children's cans, the time to chat with us and ask us how our meal with us the upcoming visions of their store (because the takeover of new ownership last year). We loved the smoothies, açaí bowls, coconut blossom, veggie panini and spring rolls. I could not wait to get a refreshing cold brew with oat milk, by far the best in the area of captiva/Sanibel. With children we also loved to play the gameplay while sitting on the beautiful terrace. We appreciate the honest feedback from our employees when asked about some of their favorite items in the menu. This place has such a personal touch, amazing women run it and with distance to visit one of our favorite places throughout our trip. Thank you! Very recommended!

This café is picturesque and charming. The juice makes me feel so good, but it's also delicious. You have a lot of gluten-free options (due to Sanibel Sprout). They also had essential oils and I was hoping to find a shop that sells them on the island as I forgot my home.

We went here first in the morning before we went to the beach and it was the perfect way to start the day. The Sproutaccino was absolutely delicious and reminded me of the Miami Mocha at Pura Vida. We also had the Thai Rolls, which were very fresh and tasteful, the coconut bacon in them was sooo good. The acai bowl we ordered had a coconut base that we have never seen, but it was so funny and beachy that it was definitely added to our beach day Vibes!

Pure Fresh Nutrional Deliciousness in a Bowl!! SO many choices on the menu. POKE bowl was my protein packed choice for lunch. Outside seating a plus!! DEFINITELY recommend while on Sanibel Island
