Mouse Tail - Southwark

I quickly stopped by Mousetail for a cup of coffee, based on a friend's recommendation. The service was fast and friendly, and the coffee was excellent. The seating area was busy, so I opted for a takeaway. In my opinion, this is the best coffee in the area. I will definitely be coming back!

I don't see the point in pretending to care about what the customer wants and then completely ignoring their requests. After asking for my coffee to be served hot, I was told that everyone has a different definition of "hot" when it wasn't. This was the last straw for me. I had already experienced a request for sweetener instead of sugar being brushed off as unusual, and witnessed a staff member signaling for a customer to come to the counter to pick up their food instead of having it brought to their table. I decided to leave and found a cafe on the High Street that actually caters to their customers and offers sweeteners.

I recently stopped by the mobile coffee stand located in the courtyard. The coffee was expertly brewed with high-quality beans. The service was fast and the barista was very friendly.

The pastries were ok and the place is cool. The orange juice was the best I have tried in England. Recommended

Coffee was okay nothing to write home about. However, the vent visible in the top left of the main corner was full up with dirt and fur to the point that some was overhanging the top of the bar. We're not talking about a bit of mess or untidiness this is a serious hygiene issue. The member of staff shrugged her shoulders when I pointed it out, but the customer behind me walked off shame I had already paid.
