The food here was great once, but now it seemed like the locals take away. We all had the Experience Menu and all found it disappointing. The wine is very expensive and the whole was almost 100 pounds per head. Apart from the view, we thought we should have gone for the ride.
One of the best tasteful dishes we've ever had. Each course mainly enjoys vegetables. Our waiter was amazingly friendly and so attentive x
After entering, only the front desk clerk had a good attitude, but other waiters, especially the manager, had a bad attitude. At the beginning, the table I booked was near the window. I asked the manager, and he said I could choose these empty tables freely. Then I was taken to a location with lots of shelter, because I couldn't see any view, and I was going to celebrate my girlfriend's birthday here, so I politely asked the manager if there was a position with a view. However, the manager was directly impatient with me, accompanied by very impolite language. He said that my request was too much and I could only choose one of the two bad seats. However, I had noted my request when I made the reservation, and the manager also told me before that I could choose any empty table. It was a very bad experience, and the environment, the taste and even the quality of service did not match the price of the restaurant. I expressed disappointment that five times during our meal I was reminded that it was almost time, but it was 40 minutes before my meal time was up. It makes me feel very uncomfortable.
The restaurant is exquisite. The views when you arrive are breathtaking. The service is friendly, discreet and well informed. The sommelier was brilliant, he helped us find the perfect wines to match our choices. The food is full of taste and colour. The restaurant is expensive but perfect for a special occasion, or to showcase the London skyline. Thank you for such a wonderful evening. We look forward to coming back to visit again.
