Such incredible food! We ordered so much food and had a hard time not eating it all!

I ordered delivery from Sakana for the first time today. Big disappointment. The flavors weren't on par with Japanese cuisine. The Teriyaki chicken tasted like rosemary. The miso soup had zero tofu or seaweed. The ramen broth was one of the worst tasting tonkatsu broths I've had, in addition to the broth to noodle ratio being a 1 to 3 portion. I've been to Tokyo twice and travel all over the US for work. In my travels, I've had more Asian cuisine than anything else. Hard pass on this place. Try Mr.Max in Irving for authentic, delicious Japanese.
