Waiting for my coffee whiles it sits getting cold on their counter

Quite ridiculous that there still businesses with no baby changing tables in the restrooms. Bathroom absolutely has enough room to have one. Will have to rethink where my family purchases drinks going forward.

Walking in the street. If you are tired. This must be a good place to rest! Because there are beautiful scenery, delicious Starbucks and beautiful music.

20 minute wait for 1 drink. They need at least one more employee

I’ve never been to this location, but I was just blown away by the warm inviting atmosphere. The young lady who took my order was so sweet, she could tell I wasn’t a regular and when I looked confused at the sizes, she said “small, medium or large” for those of you who, frequent Starbucks you probably know that they often make a big deal about their labels for the sizes they offer (venti etc After being treated so poorly at a collision center down the street, it was nice to get treated well by a wonderful human (with awesome pink hair !
