Shogun Sushi Hibachi - Southlake

Absolutely love this place! Sushi is fantastic, hibachi is amazing, and the staff is great!

We sat at a regular table instead of the grill and that is probably a mistake. Food did not come out particularly hot yet same price and no real experience so won't do that again.

Such great food. I had the filet mignon with fried rice. The ginger salad was awesome!

I've been meaning to write this review for a long time. My family came on 8/14/23 for my son's bday. There were 7 of us total (sat in 1st front table). Our chef was from Panama and I just wanted to say he was absolutely amazing. Great conversation. Fantastic service and food was of course delicious. In a time where it seems much easier to complain about service, we need to remember to give props and recognition to those that excel. He did and should be rewarded. —Like a raise. We will be back because of our experience with this chef.
