Mango's Breakfast Brunch - Southlake

Came on Good Friday 04/15 to have breakfast and they didn?t have gas BUT they asked every customer coming to the door if they wanted FREE waffles and coffee!! What a great way to please customers even when having kitchen difficulties!! The waffles andcoffee were delicious and the customer service was AMAZING!!

The atmosphere, Customer service, and food are always amazing at Mango's!!!!!!!! We were seated right away, no wait!!!!!! Our server Jesse was very attentive and kind!!!!!! The Orange juice is fresh squeezed! The pancakes, potatoes, and shrimp omelettewere very tasty!!!!!!!

I was excited to try this place and waited a good time. we sat and seemed that we were forgotten after we had hired our order. people who came after us got their orders and our server was never seen after they bought the drinks. we finally got our order from a gentleman, which I can only assume he was part of the administration and he was nice, but from the order was wrong. I ordered the house salad with a side of avocado and he ordered a turkey sandwich with cheddar instead of American cheese. his sandwich had the American cheese and I never got my avocado. we decided not to say anything because we didn't want to be there anymore and fear that they need another 45 minutes to correct his sandwich. I was still charged, and I let the person know how we had to run other servers that did not serve us, but it was corrected. I have still left a decent tipp, because this is only the one I am, but I will not return to this facility. it is a beautiful spuck, but the server and the person who take names on the waiting list need a little training on customer service. we were not impressed at all.

Great spot for breakfast. Brief menu but still nots of options. I had the breakfast tacos which were delicious. My picky husband raved about the California eggs Benedict and the Cajun chicken and waffles looked amazing. Pancakes were enormous and fluffy. Great service even on a busy morning.

Food was good, but the service was extremely slow. One of our friend's didn't get her food until we were almost finished with ours. It seemed like they completely forgot to make her order (crepes doesn't take long to make! , and it was slow to get our drinks, and took like 20 minutes for a coffee. The fresh squeezed orange juice was SO. GOOD. though. Get it. Menu has a ton of options that looked delicious, so would definitely be willing to try it again. I think they were just overwhelmed the day we visited.
