Chicken Express - Southlake

I love the place! I had the most beautiful girl in the register. It's always a pleasure to see them. She also got my food fast and hot.

Drive thru order was incorrect gave me more food than I order , I hate to waste and throw away,but necessary. Server denied my request for napkins based on his knowledge of they were in the box with the meal, that was not true. Had to go back inside diner to just get napkins.

72$ for 30 tenders 3 sides a gallon of tea? It ain't Babes Chicken! I couldn't do it,I know things are going up,But I can't pay that much to a place that messes up my order EVERY TIME...

Staff is so distracted by their phones. I watched an employee pet a dog at the register and then serve chicken without washing her hands. The mgr didn't think anything was wrong with that.

Catfish was dry and tough. Must be yesterdays leftovers. I?ve never complained about waiting for it to be cooked. No waiting this time. Guess we know why. It wasn?t even warm. Never again
