Smashburger - SOUTHINGTON

My pregnant wife decided to try Smashburger as her daily craving for the first time. After spending $41 we were not satisfied i ordered A brisket burger and she had the Colorado burger, we both had smash fries and she had onion rings as a side. Overall this place is a 3/10 the brisket burger was bone dry and tasted only like barbecue and cheese. The smash fries was very salty and over seasoned my personal opinion i think its just frozen string fry’s you can get from Walmart. The Colorado burger in her words was “hell” and she is disappointed she fed that to our unborn child. I definitely wouldn’t recommend this over your regular burger restaurant!

Every time I come it’s an amazing experience the place is always clean and staff makes me feel right at home the manager is very friendly and so is the staff.

Food was great but Zachary is an a-hole. When I was ordering, I watched him put in the correct order, delete it and put in the order (I didn 't say anything because I thought he just found an easier way to put the item in under a different item name) and then when I got the wrong order, I told him that it was wrong. He then rolled his eyes and said that 's not what you ordered and tried to convince me I ordered what I got (I didn 't and had my friend corroborate this since she was standing right there). He continued to roll his eyes and storm off. Zachary is awful.
