Rita's Italian Ice Frozen Custard

I got a delicious caramel sundae with crushed heath bar and whipped cream cherry and my daughter got a delicious gelato and custard combo, which she shared with her 1 year old son my grandson)! We both were psyched they were still open. One more weekend, I believe! :

Very disappointing product. Ordered the Cookies N Cream Concrete for the first time ever and it was basically entirely chocolate syrup (no idea why) and threw most of it out. Incredibly disappointing for the (frankly) ridiculous price. Definitely won’t order that item ever again and probably won’t ever visit this location again. I’ve never had a bad Rita’s experience until tonight but this may have ruined my impression of Rita’s forever. Very disappointed and unsatisfied customer this evening.

My husband ordered a Cookies Cream concrete, it was basically empty for almost $6 dollars. On top of that they did not give him not even 1 napkin. How can you not give your customers napkins when they are eating ice cream? Very disappointed. .

Pecan ice cream sundae must try which was surprise ! Has enough seating area where you can enjoy your ice cream while watching busy street
