Bidra med feedbackI went into that chipotle and I noticed that an employee ordered her dinner in uniform as I was next in the line. After the employees had finished their conversation, it was good 6 minutes later. I noticed that there was no white rice left, so I thought there was another approach. I was wrong, the employee informed us that there would be no white rice. Now I know that Chipotle makes fresh batches until the closing time. This store seems just like a hangout spot so I don't visit this location again. Unfortunately it was my favorite place. Oh, good.
This place will tear you off when you eat. You make your burritos tiny and barely meat, even if you pay extra for it. You know you can't do anything about it because his anger eats.
Place is filled with incompetent bozos. I saw 15 people coming and ordering, paying and going before I got my order. I never write reviews, but I had to comment on this landfill.
Spent $99.76 for delivery. was missing a burrito, made a small side of Guac instead of the large. Opened the bowls while I was inside of the store because I had a hunch they messed that up too. I was correct. The employees did give us the food. (Thank god because I wasn?t leaving without it) they?re sloppy and don't know how to read labels clearly. I can?t wait for the Bristol store to open. Southington chipotle is a waist of time.
I love Chipotle, the one near west farms mall is great but need more in provement. The crew didn't want to help the lady on the line making orders. There was a line almost to the front door, most of the other workers had attitudes especially the lady on the register. Food was great. Could use better bowls as the one they have tend to get soft
