Tim Hortons - Southgate

The worst Tim Hortons in the area. The employees hate customers. They will go out of the way to fight with you. They are awful. They screw your order up and get mean when you ask them to fix it.

Very bad experience for my family and I...we never go for coffee after we drop the kids off at school and we thought it would be a fast pleasant trip. It was definitely the opposite ?? We were rushed through the order so they ended up having to make us new ones and if they weren't already rude initially they were very hostile afterwards. I will never go back to this specific location. As a manager in food I would never treat my customers with such poor service.

Avocado toast was very Clumpy.. not spread smoothly over toast at the Northline Rd location.

I usually order Avocado toast from a different location, but this loation is Terrible ? toast!!!. It's clumps of Avocado instead of being smooth and doesn't cover the entire piece of the toast for the price paid!

Once again rushed at the drive thru and order was not
