Andy's Pizza Subs - Southgate

I have loved Andy’s since moving to the area a few years ago. However, I have never gotten the flavor requested on the crust. Ever. The last few times the pizza has been very bland and not hot at all. The deal breaker for me is the over an hour wait for one pizza to be delivered is crazy to me. I’m not always available to pick it up and I understand the convenience of delivery but that is insane. I’m assuming that’s why my pizza is never hot.

I called in a large delivery order the little boy who answered the phone was very rude unprofessional and no manners my family is a family of 7 and we order a lot from there this kid was so rude that I told him to forget the order and now me n my 6 family members will absolutely never call another order in be more conscious of who your phones are being snswrred by because as a manager myself I know how important a friendly voice is when placing an order

Pizza and Subs are top shelf in the deliveries quick

We ordered a Lg pizza with pepperoni, a half chicken Parm sub, and full meatball sub with fries and a coke zero. We ordered the pizza because they had a great deal, a Lg 1 topping pizza for around $7, which is a pretty good deal. We also added garlic Parmesan crust to the pizza which I believe was free.The pizza itself was very delicious! Same with the meatball sub and fries. The only thing that was odd was that the chicken Parmesan sub was a just decent. The chicken seemed bland. The sauce definitely helped though. The fries were nice and crunchy.The woman at the register was very nice and courteous. She definitely made the experience that much better!I wholeheartedly recommend Andy's to anyone who's in the area and is hungry or thinking of trying this joint out!

Absolutely trash. I live 0.9miles away and it took over and hour and a half for delivery on a Thursday and when it finally showed up 15 min later than the delivery time is was not only cold it was made wrong. Smh. Never again.
