Wing Hong - Southfield

I came here as a young girl. Grew up eating here. Yesterday I went there for the first time in over 40 years at least. The food and everything was fantastic! Will definitely go back when I am back in that area! Can't say enough good about this restaurant! The food and everything was good just like before!

They used to be good but the food is greasy and not usually cooked all the way. I'm not sure if the temps they're cooking on are high enough.

The food was very delicious. The service was good. The place was nice and clean. I will be back.

I met up with a couple of friends for dinner on Christmas.It was my first time coming here. This place has been here a very long time, since 1966. this place is in a strip mall, but don't let that scare you off. When you walk in, it needs a makeover. But moving past that, the lady waiting on us was on top of it even tho they were super busy.I got the boneless almond chicken. It was a lot of food, and it was cheap and good. What is not to love about good cheap eats? I got the delicious egg drop soup, and the spring roll was yummy in my tummy! : )This place is fantastic

This was my last visit. For the most part I've come to not expect the carry out food to have the same quality as their dine-in plates used to be, but this time everything fell below even that standard. The food quality was as if they just gave me whatever was laying around that they threw together. All 4 of the egg rolls were soaked in aged (not rancid) grease which suggested they had probably been fried hours earlier, poorly drained (if at all) and left sitting in a warmer. The chicken lo-mein was lackluster at best. I order it low/no salt so I expected it to be bland, what I didn't anticipate was the noodles to not be stir fried, clumpy and overcooked. The chicken was almost nice except that each piece was increasingly briney until I had to discard what remained. Yeah, I could have called them to complain, but there was no way I was going to drive back (from Detroit to Southfield) for a replacement when it would have made better sense to have simply given me the quality of food I payed for.
